I deleted it, as DevArt updated their submission policy stating that they could publish/use your work without consent, it caused a lot of comotion when it got implemented and a lot of artists left.

yeah. people really misunderstood that a lot.
don't you think anyone can steal your work from any other site tho?
i just don't do that option for people to put their stuff on mobiles.
and devArt already stated that they don't own your work.
i guess people just don't know how to read.
